A man breezing through life on the solid crutches of his intellect and yet barely surviving due to his hopeless squander, Vladimir is as smart as he is stupid. Originating from Meoizle, he was weaned on the proverbial breast of gambling, coming from a family with no further aspirations or abilities. Higher education was too dry for him so he pursued luck through every dice roll and table spin until he won big and was (at the time) resourceful enough not to throw it away on cheap thrills. Or was he... Saying he invested in real estate would be an oversimplification and also a laugh and a half. A large nightclub sits smackdab in the middle of Yow's shadier streets with a neon green sign above - Hyperion. It's his only source of income to date and a good one at that.
