Very shy.. 

He always thinks he will be insulting people so he stays quiet. Most people think he is mute but he just does not like talking.

He runs the local laundry mat. A lot of the other skellies are to lazy to do their laundry so they pay him to clean their laundry.  (Most laundrymats you do your own laundry)

He likes the smell of laundry soap... he also likes putting on other peoples clothing... he will clean them again if he does that but he usually spends the day in other peoples clothing...
