Overview
An inventor and programmer, “eccentric” is the first descriptor that comes to most minds when they meet Neta. They absolutely love to experiment with new projects and inventions... but if these projects of theirs actually work is a different story entirely. Nonetheless, they’ve been trusted with creating some important tools and setting up important programs for the council, so they’ll get things working one way or another, even if it means holding it together with duct tape and a dream.
When not working on their countless projects, Neta’s playing obscure video games and watching strange, canceled-after-one-season tv shows. Give them a holler if you want recommendations, but good luck getting them to stop rambling before they give away the whole plot!

Neta is quite energetic and eager to infodump about their newest projects. They put on an air of extreme confidence, but does, admittedly, worry often about making a fool of themself again every time they finish an experiment or turn on an invention for the first time. They are quite confident and do think that they are a very skilled scientist and inventor, but it always seems to be when they're in front of a crowd that they mess things up. They refuse to give up, however, taking in the sucesses and trying to learn from the failures.
