alderfly

alderfly was once a soldier, but after he was discovered sheltering silkwings and funding a rebellion, the hivewing queen had him murdered. his body was then dumped in the ocean.

somehow, he ended up on the northern shores of pyrrhia, where a team of icewing scientists used icewing magic to resurrect him in full health, hoping to learn where he came from. he promptly broke out of the lab and fled. now he’s seeking revenge on the hivewings, and wants to bring down the pantalan government.

pretty rude & dislikes icewings. he does like sandwings due to their tail barbs and sensibility. wants to recruit some pyrrhian dragons to help kill queen wasp and free the silkwings. 

he doesn’t really understand pyrrhia (“deserts? mountains? seven tribes???”). 

everyone either wants to be near him or kill him because he’s a hivewing. he just wants an army.

he’s trying to collect a large group of dragons before finding a way to return to pantala and kick some hivewing butt
