trademark mom friend. was originally made to specifically fill the mom friend role (lol). has since developed to be a tough-love kind of mom friend, scolds often but also doles out love often, refuses to let people put themselves down. veritable rural-born girl, and by law is terrible with technology. accent comes out when she gets flustered or genuinely angry. would probably cry at sad facebook videos of heartwarming animal/pet stories
originally a 2nd-year student at UA, born further south (kyushu area) in some rural town where it's hills and rice paddies as far as the eye can see. parents lived in the city while she lived with her grandmother who was a shrine caretaker and taught kiyoko to follow shintoism. grandma died when she was like 12 and then her mom took her into tokyo, where she spent quite a few years struggling to adapt to the stark contrast of a busy, crowded city to a sleepy and quiet town. eventually enrolled in UA (as an obligation of the rp she was created from, tbh idk why she had any reason to enroll)
