Since the moment of his birth, Alex knew what he was made to do. He's seen as a blessing and as a savior to many in the Church, someone to bring about the second coming of Christ and to unlock heaven to the whole world. Sure, it was a coincidence that he was born without happiness, but that makes it all more of a blessing. Alex has been secluded almost the entirety of his life, being allowed only to be among mentors, tutors, and people of the higher rank of the Church. His first real test was to kill his father, who had tried time and time again to climb the ladder off the tailcoats of his son's fortune. And it is a fortune and a gift, to kill the opposition and to bear the child of the future. He will do both without any complaint.

Alex is very emotionless, rarely showing how he's feeling inside or outside. He learned from a very young age that it doesn't matter how he feels. What matters is what he was born to do. Due to his secluded young life, he's not very good at interacting with others, often just shutting down and letting the other person talk instead of saying anything himself. His lack of expressions also often put people off, since he doesn't make many faces but tired neutral most of the time.
