Francis is quite shy person, who desires to live in peaceful harmony. The most important thing to him is a sense of balance and calm, thus he seeks a plain, quiet life. He tries to avoid conflicts and tension if possible, and may even say “yes” to things he does not really want to do. Very self-effacing and receptive he is, he tends to be easygoing and accepting of what is happening around him. He believes that he doesn't have -or, no longer have- strong opinions or urgent needs of his own, so he is just happy to go with what other people want, letting other people take the lead.

While he is far from being stubbron, he highly prefers consistency and wondtedness over adventures or any changes. He eats what he usually eats, wear the same clothes and does things in the way they used to be done. Sense of stability and the belief that things won't change make him comfortable.

In spite of his tendency, he recently made a life choice that changed everything ; he quit the job, left his hometown where he grew up, and moved to the town for a fresh start.
