I'm generally laid back when it comes to rules regarding my terms of use

• Once you buy a design it is YOURS. You can do what you wish! Write that story, draw that comic, make that animated series (omg can I see any of these?  )
  • All I ask is that you do not use for unsavory content- such as racist and hateful content. NSFW is your own business- but don't do anything illegal (You know damn well what I mean. Keep it with ADULTS)
  • Feel Free To Make As Much Money With My Design That You Purchased As You Want. If you have the connections to make this character profitable, I say wonderful! My only request is that you do not claim that you designed it yourself. That's all I ask!
    
• Do Not Resell For More Than You Paid For- Unless More Art Is Added!
  • If Received in a Trade, or as a Gift, you can only re-gift or re-trade. I will have this marked in the Ownership log, or in the individual Design Terms. If You receive as a gift or in a trade, and you have more artwork made for them, All you need to do is contact me for me to update the tradeability to the "Resell" status. I don't bite!
  • AI Art And Maker Images Like Picrew DO NOT COUNT towards value. I Do Not Support AI Art. Makers are fun, but they don't add value since no real work went into making selections. Work went into the maker itself, sure, but once someone is using it, a selection could be selected over and over.
    
  • You can make the art yourself, receive gift art, Purchase commission artwork- these all add value!
  • Writing is just as valid as images! You can resell with added writings and no added images.
    
• Redesigns are fine! Just keep them recognizable.
  • I don't really see the point in obtaining a design to completely re-do it from scratch... I see nothing wrong with changing a marking here or there to suit your desires, changing species, or adding alternate forms.
