Oqiar

• A bright, loud rhinoceros hornbill bird. He often says things that don't make much sense, but Juno mostly keeps him around for spying purposes. Sometimes he speaks from the beak on his forehead.
• Oqiar is one of Juno's guards and spies. While he flies around to check on the kingdom, Juno also allows him to fly into the neighboring territories He also tends to Thirteen, but mostly leaves the work to Tileth.
