⊱┊General꒱

• ▷ Please DO NOT buy my designs if you plan to involve them in the following: racist, homophobic, transphobic, pedophilia or ddlg material. I do not want my art/designs associated with these!
• ▷ Character rights are yours, but design rights are mine so please credit me when applicable. You do not have to @ me, just credit me somewhere. I'm on toyhouse so please transfer design rights to me.
• ▷ I DO NOT WANT MY ART (commissions or custom designs or my personal art) ASSOCIATED WITH OR USED FOR BLOCKCHAIN-RELATED TECHNOLOGY, WHICH INCLUDES NFT (non-fungible tokens), OR CRYPTOCURRENCY OR ANY FUTURE INVENTIONS IN THAT SPACE.
• ▷ You do not have to let me know that you are no longer the owner of any of my design. Or update me on the new owner. Just make sure that they have access/know what is on this TOS. ⊱┊Design Edits꒱
• ▷ You are free to decide and change anything concerning the character (sex/gender/body type etc.) but don't make it completely unrecognizable to the original design. At that point just sell/trade/gift it.
• ▷ But do not mash up or combine my designs with others.
• ▷ You're allowed to make any of my designs into a closed species.
• ▷ PLEASE do not whitewash any of my brown/black designs. 

⊱┊Commercial Usage꒱

• ▷ My designs are for personal usage only. Meaning you're not making any sort of money off them or using them for streams or comics.
• ▷ You can ONLY use them commercially if you pay for a commercial license. And if you sell this character the license doesn't transfer to the next owner, it was only for you. If the new owner wants commercial rights they can dm me for it.

 ⊱┊Co-Owning꒱

• ▷ You can co-own my designs, but how the design is split up or rehomed later on is NONE of my business. Please do not involve me unless you want to be blacklisted from owning my designs. Figure that those issues yourself.
• ▷ This is ONLY time I will ask you to message me about ownership of a design of mine. I would like to know who the other owner is, so I can be sure that someone isn't stealing one of my designs. 

⊱┊Reselling/Trading꒱

• ▷ When rehoming a design of mine it must come with the original art, no matter what. If you need to, just message me for the OG file, I have everything saved. I don't mind looking for the file for you!
• ▷ You can sell, trade, gift the design. Meaning you can sell, trade the design for another design or any other goods, or gift/give away the design.
• ▷ When adding up their value: IT IS totally okay to add your personal art or commissioned art to their value. BUT it is not okay to add traded art to their value. All I ask that you don't rip people off, just keep track of the value of all the art pieces for the design.
• ▷ If you get a design of mine and you add nothing their original value, you CAN NOT sell them for more than what you got them for.
