Katu-Lainori is one of Sayung's two rulers. Having given up her name upon taking the throne, she now manages the day-to-day circumstances of all her kingdom, and implements legislation alongside the other queen, Katu-Rou. Katu-Lainori is possessed of a calm disposition, and isn't afraid to do what needs to be done in times of crisis.
