History

Adina grew up in the Cole Caravan where she didn't have many friends. A lot of them judged her on her looks and her attitude and gave her a wide berth. Even when she got a job as a gatherer (which she hates) she found it difficult to make friends especially with women.

She quickly learned that many of the men in the Caravan desired her and it allowed her to use it to her advantage and get her way frequently. When she discovered that she quite enjoyed sex, it made it even easier to manipulate them into doing things for her. She gained a reputation for being with multiple people, which seemed to make her more popular.

Adina eventually found common ground with Jett Arden whom she absolutely adored. She loved him in her own way but neither of them were the marrying kind; they enjoyed their lifestyle just as they enjoyed each other. She promised to never sleep with any of his friends and they never had any issues.

When Nikolaj Vinter pursued her, she reminded him that Jett wouldn't like it but they slept together anyway. She herself told Jett what had happened and he forgave her. Those closest to him believed he was responsible for Nikolaj's death but there was never any proof.

Despite Jett asking her not to sleep with his friends, she twice tried to pursue Ryley and engage in relations. Jett seemed to find the idea of them amusing and was almost encouraging about it as he had tried several times to get Ryley to have some sort of relationship. Adina failed to win him over as he rebuffed her quite rudely.

She and Jett continued their illict activites while he was married to Gabrielle though they hid it better. She was the most distraught of everyone to learn he had died and continues to harbour a grudge against Ryley for killing him.
