Esther is a very quiet and unassuming person who doesn't do well interacting with others. They're always lost in their own little world, happy to go wherever their whims take them. They get disability checks from the government, and have been deemed unsuitable for work, so they have a lot of free time. Most people who interact with Soda in some way see them as a space-case, a ditz, and maybe a little weird. Soda doesn't come off as creepy by any stretch, but their head is definitely in the clouds rather than down on Earth. Maybe if people understood how rich Soda's inner world was, they wouldn't judge the lemur for their silence. Philosophy, spirituality, language, and math swirl around and coalesce into a vivid puzzle inside of Soda's mind, keeping them quite occupied. The lemur's days usually consist of wandering around town while listening to music, lazing around in graveyards talking to the ghosts only they can see, or getting books from the library and finding a hidden spot to read them. The lemur's life isn't bereft of social interaction, however. They have a small group of online friends that they love to talk with, and a loving family they keep in touch with quite regularly.
