He's a pretty mean guy, strictly enforces the rules and often disregards other peoples feelings, but he works hard and if you offer him a job he'll get it done very efficiently. Works together with his only friend (since they're the only two people who can actually put up with each other), a smuggler who has made plenty of enemies and enjoys annoying those he works with.
