Signature Jutsu: Super Beast Tattoo
-Using chakra-infused ink, the user can quickly and expertly draw objects onto their own or other's skin. On Command the images leap from the skin, grow to life-size, and act according to the user's will. Because they are made of ink, a single blow is usually enough to dispel them. This is usually done harmlessly on himself to gain advantage for later battles, or on team mates or friends for fun or for battle advantage (However only he can control them). He most often in battle uses specially made chakra ink senbon to deliver pre-prepared images into the enemy which then spread across the skin and takes form. It cannot be removed unless it's burned off or cut off.

Jutsu 2: Super Beast Scroll
-Using chakra-infused ink, the user can quickly and expertly draw objects onto their scroll. The moment the brush is removed from the scroll, the images leap from the paper, grow to life-size, and act according to the user's will. Because they are made of ink, a single blow is usually enough to dispel them. Shisei's variation unlike sais, uses the colors not only Black but also Magenta, Cyan, and Yellow. His drawings are in CMYK.

Jutsu 3: Tattoo Sealing
-Using only his hands, or specially made ink needles, he can create seal tattoos on other's and his own skin. These can be harmful or helpful. The seals cannot be removed once placed unless they are cut or burned off. Most often he uses this on himself as a shortcut to Super Beast Tattoo, or he uses it on others to stop them from being able to do certain things. He can also use this to suck the chakra out of the ones afflicted with the seal.
