OWNERSHIP / GENERAL RULES

ownership is only transferred once payment (money, art, character, ect) is received.

clone/sibling/twin designs are not allowed

breedables with my designs are not allowed

crediting me for the design is required, don't claim my design as your own all my social medias are under BUGB0YS (this includes twitter, toyhouse, deviantart, furaffinity, and refsheet. i do NOT have an instagram)

don't apply your own rules to my designs this includes telling others they must trade/sell back to you

editing my designs is allowed as long as you do not sell/trade the edits as a separate design

you may edit the design as much as you want as long as the original design stays with the edits as mentioned above, do NOT sell edited versions of my designs without the original

do not edit my art unless you ask (i don't bite, in most cases i'll even do it for you depending on the edit!)

you may use the adopt for literally anything you want as long as it's non-profit!

i reserve the right to not sell to you if i feel uncomfortable for any reason i will NOT sell to you if your account is under a month old

SELLING / TRADING

you can resell at whatever price you want as long as it's reasonable that being said, don't add on monetary value for sentimental reasons

don't trade to blacklisted users ( blacklist )

you must provide the TOS to the new owner

if you get scammed, thats on you. i will not provide refunds/compensation for scams that happened

please let me know the username of the new owner when trading my adopts IF they dont have a toyhouse you dont have a toyhouse

co owning is allowed, but do not bring drama to me!

if i catch you using my designs to draw shota/loli/other forms of simulated child porn, i will refund you for the initial price of the design and revoke it i do not mind NSFW of my designs, thats totally find, but i draw the line at child porn and will never be okay with that
