Mitsu

Mitsu is a confident, resourceful, and quick-witted woman who always keeps a cool head. She’s quite warm-hearted to most and is well-known for her good hospitality when running her restaurant. She has an always-present but not too heavy southern accent. And although she can be slightly sensitive about her ag-[the writer was threatened at knife point for almost finishing this sentence fragment], she isn’t ashamed of herself, especially not in regards to her height or her well-rounded & ample “assets.” 

Mitsu fell in love young and married young. However, she ended up raising her daughter, Mikan, all alone after her husband passed away when Mikan was only a few months old. For a few years, Mitsu & Mikan traveled around from town to town before settling in a large city-state called Armgeist. There, Mitsu used what little money she had left and opened a hole-in-the-wall restaurant. Her restaurant primarily targeted expeditioners and hunters with large appetites. Now, it's become a well-known place among members of the Expeditioner's Guild for serving large portions at a fair price, as well as her stamp system that rewards regulars with a free meal every so often.  Most of the dishes she serves change week by week, but they’re usually chock-full of tender meat and fresh vegetables; leaving even the most voracious expeditioners full & satisfied.  

Mitsu can fight monsters, ne’er-do-wells, and dine-and-dashers alike by utilizing a combination of her wits, a wide variety of kitchen tools, some fire magic, and her giant 4’ (122cm) diameter cast iron skillet. She can skillfully swing it like a baseball bat with little effort or wield it as a bludgeon to crush her foes. She'd much rather use it for cooking, however.
