frostbite

frostbite is an icewing ex-scientist. he grew up in a family that prioritized success, and when he found alderflys corpse he assumed it would be a huge breakthrough for him; when alderfly escaped, he took it personally, and is now trying to hunt alderfly down to give him to queen caribou.

frostbite is antisocial and a workaholic. hes pretty selfish too, and only cares about his own goals; the main one being to succeed and marry into the royal family. he sees alderfly as his ticket there. he doesnt regard alderfly as a thinking creature, and just sees him as something he needs to get what he wants.

he took his apprentice bearberry on his quest to track down alderfly. when they finally caught up with alderflys group, shortly after rosefinch & pandora joined, frostbite tried to kill alderfly - but bearberry turned on him and blasted him with frostbreath before knocking him out. frostbite woke up ~2 hours later, alone on the edge of the mountains. he was blinded in both eyes and hid away in a mudwing village, seething with rage; by the time he was searching again, alderfly was off the continent.
