Charlie is an enigmatic bloom. He's mute, and communicates through gestures and clicking primarily. He wanders the oceans on his own, searching for adventure. Despite his lonely existence, he's loving and very affectionate when given the chance.  Recently, he's taken up following a specific pirate ship after meeting a certain pegasus.
