Honestly, if you're triggered/bothered by a lot of the subjects that would normally get content warnings, it's safe to assume that I may have those things here.

In general this character's backstory is a darker approach to the backstory of Mewtwo that is implied in the Original Red/Green and Blue versions. In particular drawing from the "horrific gene-splicing experiments" and the Lab journal entry mentioning Mewtwo being 'birthed'.
