confetti cloud

confetti is a very happy, joyful creature that enjoys putting a smile on every face she sees. she can change her size at will, going from the size of a horse to the size of a mouse. due to this special ability, confetti is able to go wherever she pleases. she has chosen to reside in an old bakery, nibbling crumbs off the counter and snagging the occasional cupcake. the shop owner has most certainly noticed these strange disappearing cupcakes, but he doesnt seem to mind. confetti always reveals herself to the little kids that enter the shoppe, for she is wise enough to know that even if the little kids tried to tell their parents, they wouldn't believe them. i mean, if your kid said that they saw a tiny, blue, winged dragon, would you believe them?
