a man fated to die.

a man who is both full of himself and can't stand himself. he has an inferiority complex towards tony, alongside a one-sided beef that isn't initially acted upon.

after seemingly endless scolding from tony, otto does eventually snap and attempts to take the lives of jackie and maki, which was thwarted by tony. a large part of otto's inferiority complex came from tony regularly saying that his aim was dogshit and needed to be worked on - and his aversion to bettering it seemed to essentially save the lives of all three. malke allowed tony to drag otto to 'the room', and while tony left the room, otto did not.
