Consuelo works as a social worker for a very strange academy. Unlike his sister, he's usually booked up with work as there's... a lot of people who need help there. He actively chose to go somewhere that was a lot more stressful though, as he takes pride in being able to help as many people as he can. Whenever he does get a break though, he tends to visit Ciela and grab a bite to eat.

Serious half the time, a goofball the other half, but always has a heart of gold.

It's said that Consuelo appeared suddenly in the very office his sister now works in. It was a strong collective desire the people there had to become better that called them into existence. They grew up raised by the nurses and local townfolk of the area, and came to realize how much he could give to others if he just put in a little effort.
