Bullets Breaker

Bullets is an assassin with a highly aggressive personality who loves doing what he does. In addition to his weapons, he's also very skilled at CQC. When enraged, the red marks on his body glow and he gets a massive power boost!

(Out of character note: This was designed when someone said a dragon I was drawing was edgy, I took it as a challenge to make an actually edgy dragon. And I kinda fell in love with the design.)
