About
Alexis is a dragon who can shapeshift into a human form. In her dragon form, she's huge with blueish teal scales and yellow bat-like wings, spikes, and accents. In her human form she is dark-skinned with yellow hair that seems dyed, a large crooked nose, large eyebrows, and ice blue eyes. She often wears her hair in two pigtails and a blue pointed scarf around her neck.
As is true of all dragons, when her emotions are high she has more trouble regulating her form. Even when her shapeshift is at its best, there are still tells if you know what to look for. Her style and outfit mimics her draconic form in places, her eyes look strange and when frustrated can waver away from the normal human pupil shape, and her skin and breath runs hotter than normal.
Personality
Alexis is very apathetic and cold. She can be snappy at times especially when she's pushed, but overall she just ignores others until they go away. She's easily frustrated and has a quick temper, particularly when it comes to tasks that involve fine motor control which she struggles with as human isn't her natural form. She blows people off a lot and is very antisocial to the point of having no friends, partially because of her personality and preference and partially because of her experience with dragon hunters harassing her and having to pick up and move with little to no notice. It's easier to stay unattached.
Story
While attending a university in a small metropolitan area, she begins to be romantically pursued by a classmate of hers. Where normally she doesn't care for romantic attention (or human attention at all), there's something that's kind of.. charming in the girl's persistence. She acts her usual aloof self and somewhat pushes her away but that only makes the woman double down in her efforts to befriend Alexis. As they get closer, the woman begins to notice more about Alexis' oddities and ends up even learning about this second layer to the world around her that she was previously unaware of.
