The Mastermind' the creator of 'Future' Paradox Pokemon in it's timeline, created by humans to be the 'Ultimate Companion Pokemon' that every kid starting their Pokemon Journey should/want to have...but something has gone terribly wrong. Instead its taking over the world with its robotic/robotized Pokemon and humans, turning the world into a robotic landscape.
'The Mastermind' has different forms/host bodies that it transfer's it's mind to, it is just seen the most in the robo Lucario form

Random Notes
- The mastermind hates Joltiks, Joltiks are one of the few Pokemon that have been thriving in its new electronic world, and also causing the most trouble with them draining the energy from its machines, its constantly having to use repellent and other less than friendly methods to get rid of the Joltik infestations.
- It wants to find and fight Arceus
- It's also trying to track down other Mythical/Legendary Pokemon to take control of.
