Titan used to be in the Russian army for a couple of years until he got sexually assaulted by his fellow soldiers and decided to just disappear one day.
He had no friends or family left at that point, which made it easy to go incognito for a couple of months.
He gathered as much money as he could and made his way over to Germany, where his size and strenght attracted a bunch of shady people, wanting him to work for them.
He somehow got involved with the CIA and ultimately ended up in the S.A.T
