An antagonist.
They once tried to chain her down in the depths of the earth, but she burned her own legs in order to escape the fetters. She now resides in the land above, passing as just another demon. However, when she gets serious, her true cruel side shows. She is the type who will lend a hand to anyone who asks, but she will also betray a friend in an instant and smile as she watches them suffer. She is always smiling and cheerful, which can be calming in happy times, but downright creepy in scary times. I don't know what story she resides in, and whether she has any friends/companions, but she would be the sort who would go along with the protagonist and turn on them when they are at their lowest.
Appearance
In general, her body is the appearance of a young girl, somewhere around 10~13 years of age. Devi is always clothed in bright fluorescent colors. She has long teal hair which she ties in up a variety of ways and sometimes streaks with various other colors. She will sometimes wear dark colors as small accents to her outfits. The only un-colorful thing about her are her legs, which are charred black stumps. She cannot stand/walk on them, so she usually floats or sits on things.
