he's the last storm spirit bc the other spirits kinda slaughtered them bc they were op oops
buck takes care of him tho and he was raised as a forest spirit bc he's a super weak spirit and poses 0 threat to anybody ever
the weird circular lightning mark on his forehead glows, but NOTHING else in his design (including the other lightning marks) do!
