Hafsa is a Pokemon Ranger who works all over the world to protect pokemon from the evil organizations and people who want to harm or control them. She has also been known to protect a human or two who accidentally got in over their head in the wilderness. Hafsa has been a ranger since she was 16 years old, starting out as a Pokemon Trainer. While on her journey she often encountered people and pokemon who had been hurt, this is what inspired her to help. She is boisterous and fun and loves spending days in the elements with her pokemon. She gets to go to many remote locations and has seen many rare pokemon as a result. She is constantly taking photos of her journeys and sending them to her friends and family, so they can keep up with her.

Arcanine
Name: Agni
Agni is fiercely protective and loyal to Hafsa. He was given to her as a little Growlithe when she was just four years old by her late grandfather. The two of them grew up together and share a close bond. Agni reacts without Hafsa having to say anything which makes him an extremely formidable opponent in battles. When they are traveling in the colder climates, Agni curls around Hafsa to keep her warm with his body heat. Even though he is ferocious, Agni loves having a good time romping around and playing, and he is the goofy dad pokemon of her team, taking care of all the others. He has a rivalry with Zira and the two of them often antagonize each other.

Luxray
Name: Zira
Zira was Hafsa’s first ever caught pokemon when she began her pokemon journey. Back then Zira was just a small Shinx, who immediately took to Hafsa. The two of them share, what Hafsa calls “girl time”, as they are the only two girls on her whole team. Zira tends to “mom” Hafsa and the two of them do butt heads from time-to-time. She is an electrical nightmare against opponents and viciously destroys anybody who tries to hurt her mistress. She enjoys sleeping curled up near Agni, though she’d never let him know. She is more serious than the others on Hafsa’s team, but enjoys watching them play, protective of all of them.

Liepard
Name: Fahd
Hafsa rescued a small Purrloin from Team Rocket thugs early in her Ranger career. He was smaller than the rest of the Purrloin in the area and very timid. Hafsa took him in and named him Fahd, meaning panther, and very gently trained him. As he grew in levels and strength, he grew more and more confident, and his true trickster nature emerged. He will always be smaller than other Liepard, but his purrsonality is bigger than even the largest Whalord. He absolutely loves pranking the other pokemon in his family and takes great amusement in his own antics. He sleeps right next to Hafsa if he can and is the quickest and most silent of her entire team. He and Hafsa work well together when she is doing recon and needs a creature of the night as her partner. He is the little shit of the team and is often scolded by Zira.

Meowstic (Male)
Name: Rakesh
Rakesh and Hafsa met when he was just a small Espurr. He is sweet and affectionate, preferring to hang back in a battle, but will fight if he needs to. He likes to ride on Agni, because Agni is warm and soft. Rakesh (Ra) is highly curious and will often wander around with Sher once they have camped for the night. He is playful and is particularly fond of hide-and-go-seek. He is also the most sensitive and therefore, is rarely the victim of Fahd’s pranks.

Torracat
Name: Sher
Sher and Ra are the best of friends and spend most of their time together. Where Ra is timid and sensitive, Sher is brash and reckless, often scrapping to protect his friend. He trots alongside Agni, preferring to feel the ground under his own feet, but still wanting to be close enough to protect his friend. Sher is playful to a fault, often getting overzealous, sometimes to the point of accidentally hurting his playmate. The only one he’s never hurt is Ra. Hafsa is working with Sher and his impulsiveness, so that he is less likely to hurt anyone.

Persian
Name: Sultan
Sultan lives up to his namesake. He is a pampered and spoiled Persian with a soft and silky coat, in which he takes great pride. Though he is spoiled and more than a bit of a snob, he is not above frolicking with his poke-family, and acts as an older brother of sorts to the less “mature” pokemon. He was Hafsa’s third ever pokemon and so he is very used to Agni and Zira’s admonishments and rivalry. He loves Hafsa and will headbonk her at every opportunity, which isn’t always the best time. He can be quite goofy, even though he takes himself very seriously. He is very proud of his fur and so he is often the brunt of Fahd’s pranks, which he spends hours recovering from (i.e: excessively grooming).
