Blue is Colin Marley's saddle horse. She was purchased at the Ballinasloe fair as a yearling for a considerable amount more than Colin probably should have spent on her, considering she wasn't even broodmare material. Nonetheless, she quicly became his heart horse, and he followed her to the war. She is strong, willing, and good under saddle... for Colin and only Colin. She isn't afraid to make her feelings known, and has been known to try to buck Colin to get his attention.
