An Alolan Eevee thats design was referenced from an Eevee egg. This look only occurs when breeding two Eevees in Alola. There is a rare chance of Eevee hatching with this form.

He has the power to evolve into any eeveelution for a short time, like Mega Evolution. Each evolution will have similar colors and markings just like his Eevee self

Note(s): His neck fluff or whatever it is, IS rounded like in the drawings. Zigzag markings don't have to be drawn exactly as shown. Just the one that looks like a thunderbolt does (with the little line cutting it off at the end)
