PERSONALITY

Mauro really is a big dumbass. While he genuinely does look calm, collected, smart and mature... He's actually, quite literally, a walking disaster. Immature as a child, reckless, risk and adventure-driven, the werewolf takes stupid risks on a daily basis. He thinks it's really exciting, and can't even picture life another way. He's risky, put himself or worse, put other at danger quite easily.

He's phlegmatic though and doesn't show off his excitation as much as you could expect. He remains pretty calm, but that's about it.

Mauro is stupid, or to put it in a nicer way, he's not the sharpest tool in a shed, not especially smart and perspicacious. He has little to no analyzing capacities, and he honestly just bullshit his way through life, like, constantly.

However, no one can put that away from him: the wolf is gentle and friendly. He's bad at this, but he will try to take care of people if needed. He's a good listener and always tries his best to help people.

TASTES

Mauro is a fine shaped hunk, with very nice muscle definition and... Very little actual useful muscle mass. He's not very hairy, even though he'd like to be some kind of fluffy beast. He's white. He has some facial hair, including a bit of sideburn and some stubble on his chin.

He has deep ice blue eyes, with a subtle tint of purple-ish blue. His hair is long, black and silky. He has a really short sidecut. He ties a part of his hair behind his head. The werewolf has average-sized ears, with a well-defined lobe. He has a nice aquiline nose.

In his partial form, Mauro remains the same with long black wolf ears on his head, a wolf tail, and anthropomorphic wolf paws. In his full werewolf form, he's a fully black wolf, with no distinctive pattern.

CHILDHOOD

Mauro is born in Yamoto. 

When he came out as transgender and gay, his parents showed themselves as incredibly supportive, but that wasn't the case of his neighbors. Because this tense environment didn't quite fit what he was looking for in life, he simply left in his early 18's and went on a long, endless journey across the world. Without even really noticing how lucky he was to actually be able to do that.

ADULTHOOD

The now werewolf kept on traveling, at first across ..., but then through the whole world. He would join the crew of different boats for this purpose. He learned to navigate, to swim, to take care of a ship and all sort of passionating things, that he really loved.

He got bitten early in his travels but worked hard on adapting to his new state.

As days passed though, he slowly slid more and more on the illegal side of the society, at first upon his contact with pirates, but then fully by his own and for the sake of his own excitement.

POWERS

WEREWOLF TRANSFORMATION
Mauro is a werewolf, and can turn into an anthropomorphic wolf. He also has a partial form.

REGENERATION
Mauro has incredible regeneration abilities - he doesn't scar (although scars will remain for a short period of time when it comes to extremely severe wounds) and heals at very high speed. Only silver can stop this ability.

TRIVIAS

• He falls in love easily.
• He's a skilled acrobat and got even better ever since he started wandering on the tallest ship's mast for the fun of it.
• He usually uses a rapier as his weapon of choice.
• He has a cute, childish reaction when he's excited. Except he's 31. Not everyone can be as mature as they'd wish to be.
• He's really good with children but gives them too many freedoms. Maybe he's not that good with children when you think about it...
• He's a hopeless romantic, and wish to find someone to share his life with. Would be good if the relation lasted more than 2 months, and if the person of interest wouldn't start bashing him constantly as soon as they break up (he had bad experiences).
• Might become a full pirate at some point... We will see.
• He loves cats !!
• He doesn't handle alcohol at all - and he's a clingy, cuddly drunk.
• He makes a weird noise when people scratch just behind his ears.
