Ceres Inanna's Ownership

~If you'd like to trade/sell your rights to the character you must notify the other owner (me) first. And we must both agree on the new owner. ~I'd prefer though, if you'd like to sell, that you offer them to me first. ~if you sell you can only sell for the price of the character ($20) plus any art that only you have commissioned. ~If the character is abandoned for over a year with no interaction (ie additional art, etc.) and the owner that has abandoned the character has not responded to multiple attempts (min. 5) from the other owner to get into contact, then the owner that has abandoned the character has nullified any rights of ownership to that character and the other owner takes full ownership.

I'd prefer we just do dual ownership because it gets complicated if too many people own the same character.
