SUMMARY

Bitter and cynical from her time as Bleedingheart's Knight, Allspice was looking forward to quiet retirement and settling down with her sickly mate, Hyssop. Unfortunately, she is given one final task before this could come to fruition: bring back the renegade, Sweetorange, so that she may become a sacrifice to the Traveller. If she is not brought back within a month, Hyssop will take her place. Simple.

Accompanied by her slimy Squire, Snapdragon, Allspice takes the job in her stride despite the major stakes riding on it. That's not to say she's not actively working out ways to try and get Hyssop out of the equation...
