LITTLE INTRO

Overly polite, manipulative, smooth talker, piece of shit. VERY charming.

He tends to bend other tosks will very easily, using only his sweet voice and very calm attitude.

SHORT BACKSTORY

He is just a filler character jajaja. Rey is only there to serve the purpose of making Devya go insane with his "accidental" death. Truth is he killed himself to turn her into the greatest evil and most powerful ruler, plus he wanted to make her suffer eternally, or at least for as long as she lives.
