Tamara had a rough start to life, but quickly made it on her own. Her father was a wealthy but secretive hacker, and taught her everything he knew before he passed; now, Tamara uses those skills to help the underprivileged and desperate, acting as an information broker for Eyes Only and others like him.

Tamara was born in Spain, five minutes after her twin sister Charlotte. The two were close as children, but when they moved to America things became tense. The world started to fall apart, and their mother took it out on the kids, and Charlotte resented that TAmara was the golden child.

As they grew older, Charlotte began getting involved with the steelheads and eventually vanished all together, a year before their father died. Although authorities said it was an accident, Tamara knew that someone had figured out who her father was and killed him.

It was never proven though, and 6 years later Tamara joined Eyes Only in an attempt to help people, following in her father's footsteps. She helped those in Terminal City get supplies, and much needed information to keep themselves safe. This is where she met Dix; and although they didn't get along at first, they soon fell in love.
