Radio is a male Shiba Inu toon and the leader of Cell Center. Due to his position, his main job is to get up close and personal to the many storms that cover the mountaintop where Cell Center resides and make sure that these storms won't bring harm to the city, as well as help other areas under the Cell Center influence stay prepared for the unexpected. He was selected as leader for his unwavering courage and sharp eye for changing weather patterns that have aided the city in it's worst hours.

Personality

Radio, to those who aren't apart of the Cell Center area, is viewed as someone who is hard to work with. Other leaders have gotten on his case for his unwillingness to work with them and his judgmental attitude when it comes to who he'll listen to. His refusal to back down has also proved to be both a blessing and a curse, as this method is great against storms, but not so much on angry toons who insist on changing something that he stands firm on. He is also one of the only leaders in The Toon World without a successor in the wings due to how hard it is to impress him, with him claiming he hasn't found the right toon to do what he does.

Background

From a young age, many toons in Cell Center whispered about how Radio, a child, could see the changes in the air better then the adult toon. He would commonly comment to his mother how a storm was on it's way despite the sky being clear only for it to storm an hour later. The former leader eventually heard word about Radio and ran a test to see if the rumors were true, finding that this was indeed the case after conducting the test, he took Radio under his wing to train to be a leader himself. By the time he was 20, Radio became the leader of Cell Center, and took extra care to prove he had what it took to lead. Within a year and standing through many storms, he gained the approval of the masses and stands as one of Cell Center's most effective leaders.
