Profile

17 years old, incredibly tall and strong with a muscular build and pale blonde hair. Despite his father being one of the scientists at the lab where Fin and Nyl became test subjects, Fin received no special attention. His father was the one who volunteered him in the first place in his thirst for power, but when Fin turned out to be a failure in the experiments his father attempted to kill him. He was the first scientist to die during the incident that many of the subjects escaped during, killed by Nyl. Since that time Fin’s personality has become very mellow, and he rarely shows any sort of emotion. He is an outcast among the other gang members, and Nyl is his only friend. However, despite being a failure of an experiment, his volatile power turns out to be an incredible weapon and his physical strength surpasses all of the others in the gang. Controlling the power is very difficult for him, though, and Nyl often has to aid him in calming down so he doesn’t go completely berserk and harm any of his companions. After the years of abuse at his father’s hand and eventual rejection, Fin became very void of emotion and personality. He does have some preferences towards certain things, but his eyes have become empty over the years and he only fights for the gang’s cause because he is spurred on by the violent hatred that Nyl possesses, and he wants to please Nyl. Often he doesn’t realize what he says and does affects the emotions of others around him, but he has a hyper awareness of Nyl’s emotional state and is very careful about what he does and says around the other boy. Some might say he had been manipulated into being Nyl’s playtoy of sorts, but he genuinely wants to ease the other boy’s soul, even if it means strangling him to near death. He doesn’t know any better, as they have never been exposed to healthy coping methods, and his own coping method has been to shut down entirely. He does occasionally get intense nightmares, but it takes very little to calm him down.
