A fighting type eevee evolution!
It's clumsy and over-eager to fight, often rushing in and tripping over it's huge ears. The momentum from the fall makes it's spiked tail's punch more powerful though, so it works out.
It's rottweiler-like colors and markings give it expressive eyebrows, and cheek markings that look a bit like they have black/bruised eyes.
