Psalm's Ownership

- Payment plans through USD are accepted if offers go above $150. They are to be completed on time and 50% must be put down initially unless it exceeds $250. - Withdrawing results in banishment and critical judgment and a stab at your reputation. - Oracle has no rules attached to him. - Trading/Reselling are allowed but for no more than what you paid, unless you have bought art of said character. - You are to follow each individual artist's reselling/trading/breeding rules on each of their designs. - Breeding is restricted. You will have to come to me and pitch your breeding idea to me and show me the other parent. I typically hate restricting breeding rules, etc. so I promise I will be a little lenient on this process. Just communicate with me. - Information and personality can be changed around, but they do follow a theme of their own tarot card! - Please let me know you are selling/trading/gifting the puppy so I can keep track of where they go, or give me a chance to buy back, etc. - Co-owning is okay. - Revamping is okay. - When in doubt: message me on anything that is unclear.
