INFORMATION:

Describing Jack is a difficult endeavor. Upon first glance he would seem charismatic, witty, annoying, and someone who's mouth should be kept shut more often than not. He enjoys tormenting people with pranks or inconveniences and is a definite flirt, sleeping with anyone who's willing to fall under his charms.

This is just the surface however. Behind that infuriating half-smile lies a deep resentment for everything that lives, a hatred for anything that is not him, and a want for corruption and pain. Jack is no mere human. He isn't a monster. He is a thing, a writhing wriggling thing that yearns for nothing but torture and pain to be brought upon everything and everyone in front of him. 

Jack is not something described so easily, though his best explanation is that he is 'one of the fallen Cherubim'. No not the fat baby angels that shoot magic love arrows at people. An actual Cherubim. Two heads, four wings, and a flaming sword when he feels like walking around in his 'formal' attire. In truth his real form is a form that would drive people insane just to gaze upon it. While he may seem friendly at first do not be fooled, in the brief moments he has spoken to you he has already pieced together thousands of methods of tearing you apart while keeping you alive for as long as possible to suffer through it.

The only thing holding him back is the fact that he is on a particularly short leash.

POWERS:

Jack is a being of immeasurable power, and he relishes every aspect of it. He is able to see into a mortal's entire life with a single glance both from the point of birth to the day they die. He is able to change the established rules and laws of physics to his will, I.E.: "I don't like how fire gives off light. So now it doesn't." He is able to control and manipulate matter to his whim, appear anywhere on the physical plane of existence in an instant, and if one happens to gaze upon an image of him he simply exists there now, no matter where it is. (This can be countered by looking away from the image and frustrates him to no end.) 

His favorite thing to do with his powers is to show someone soul crushing imagery and immediately erasing their memory of it, leaving the impression of fear but without knowing why. He will repeat this process over and over until the subject is broken in mind and spirit.
