Creature seems to blend in with regular citizens, pretending to be human. It presents as woman past her 20, althought the exact age is unknown. There was no information that were readily available for it's growth or origin. She seems to dissapear periodically, as far neither drones nor enforcement weren't able to follow her wherever she's going. Creature doesn't seem to pose any threat to the order and extracting her might cause more issues and chaos than continuing periodical observation.
Creature seem docile, not prone to aggression nor fight ready. Further observation is requested, removing any enforcement intervention or presence. There seems [REDACTED]. She seems to be caring and concernes about other creatures well being. No provocation incident has been ordered as of now. Test left for further consideration.
