Jade is my Pokesona!

Design notes:
- The front of his hood spikes have notches.
- He's smaller than a regular Decidueye
- The purple parts (except for the ones on his hood) are dyed using berries and washes off after a while. The ones on his hood are permanent. Dyed palette is preferred.
- He has white pupils and a light green sclera. His eyes always look tired.
- Has six dots on on the outer part of both of his wings.
- His chest leaves are droopy.
- He doesn't have stomach markings (abs?) that a regular Decidueye has.
