Nutmeg lives with a baker couple in Vuur. She helps them with chores around the bakery, as well as pulling the sleigh/cart used to bring baking supplies from Kutoa. The bakery owners treat her as if she were their own child, especially her "Bep Dad" who loves referring to himself as such and feeding her extra baked goods, even though his wife usually chastises him for doing so since the treats aren't terribly healthy for Beps. Nonetheless, Nutmeg is always in good health and well taken care of, she loves her family and can often be found resting in front of the oven or the fireplace. She has a stall outside but spends most of her time in the family home when not travelling for supplies.
