History
Formerly a mermaid, but was tricked into becoming a demon by Liquorice. He was almost immediately fired by Liquorice after they realized how thick-headed and clumsy he is. He miraculously survived in hell for a few years on his own, then met Mimi, who offered to let him live with her in the human world. They fell in love almost straight away and have been living together since.
He doesn't have a job since he's inept at pretty much everything. Garbage Bon Bon often makes mean jokes about him being the little mermaid, but instead of trading his voice he traded his brain.
Full Throttle is very much an airhead, and gets into trouble a lot because of that. Thankfully, he seems to have extremely good luck and has survived many dangerous situations due to his almost unnatural luckiness.
He transforms back into his mermaid form when a secret key word is spoken. When in his mermaid form he seems like almost a completely different person. Only Mimi and Liquorice know the secret key word.TRIVIA
