This is what used to be a Breloom. Its memories, form, and even its hat have been washed away. Its mushroom hat is somewhere in this world and frequently blows away with the wind. He's forgotten his other problems in pursuit of the hat. Maybe things are better this way. A lost hat is less frightening than loss of identity.
Their voice is distorted as if underwater. It flees rather than fights. They are kind. They are timid. It forgot who he was supposed to be. Helping others and finding their lost possession are the only things they know. But finding the hat takes priority over everything. Even the lives of others.
