Keen Shrill

Works as a hairstylist. Scrawny, but very very fast. Good at making sharp tools with magic. His eyes are always squinting, like a fox. He wears a smile at all times, but when faced with a threat or if he gets too upset, his facade falls and he acts cruel and unforgiving. He likes inflicting pain on others, emotional or physical. When he has no chances to hurt anyone else, he hurts himself from withdrawal. His laugh is shrill and rare, and very unnerving to hear. A sucker for blunt, truthful, and ruthless personalities.
