Buckle is a mean-spirited bully who thinks he's Hot Shit.  Strutting around with pomp and arrogance, he takes great comedic enjoyment in pulling pranks on others.  Whether it's tripping someone as they walk by or playing keep-away with another's belongings, he always dismisses their objections with a scoff and laugh.  He travels around with a group of stygian-hating treatlings that goad his misdeeds.  He's particularly susceptible to peer pressure, and tends to bully more often when in their company- thriving on the encouragement.
