Jolly is a very festive woolie, not a day goes by where he does not party! he brings presents and gifts to all the good children all over andras. But underneath all that jolly and giving exterior, Jolly is an assassin that's quick on his feet and uses his air cutters to slice and dice his opponents. Jolly attacks when the night is cold and silent. He gives his target a quick death, often making it look like as if his targets died of natural causes.
